SAW Method Calculation

We use the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method:

Overall Score = (Social Media × 0.35) + (Mental Health × 0.40) + (Friendship × 0.25)

Each question has a weight factor, and answers are normalized to a 0-100 scale

Score Interpretation

0-39: Excellent - Very healthy digital habits
40-59: Good - Generally healthy with minor improvements needed
60-79: Needs Attention - Significant room for improvement
80-100: High Risk - Requires immediate attention and changes
